Presenting FIRST LIGHT, an album of healing music...
FIRST LIGHT is a collection of serene and thoughtful melodies, which evoke the universal landscapes of the heart. Voice, woodwinds, strings, percussion, and electronic instruments create a series of timeless musical reflections.
This, my first album for Serenity, retains a special place in my heart. Each of these eleven pieces of music retains an individuality that makes, I hope, for a very entertaining album. My thanks to Rob Whitesides-Woo for sharing with me his insights into what makes the Serenity label so unique in the field of healing music. Also to my many musical friends here at home in Canada.

- Celeste - imagine a radiant being visiting us through space and time to guide our journey through life; she is Celeste
- Joy (Song for Evan) - the joy of a child expresses itself spontaneously and without hesitation (like most other things in my young son's life, this piece happened in a hurry!
